Bay Road House
Our client was a builder (of some considerable ability) with a very difficult rear site St Heliers. The section is steep, south-facing with a drainage easement across the site and potential flooding issues!! Our challenge was to fit a 200m2 house within the very limited envelope permitted by town planning controls.
Our design features 5 floor levels with most rooms facing the rear boundary for privacy and outlook over existing vegetation. High level windows in the living area capture northern sun while maintaining privacy from the driveway.
