A small, infill house built on a very tight rear site behind an existing bungalow currently nearing completion. Our design seeks to maximise the sense of space, maintain privacy and capture distant views toward Grey Lynn. Somewhat smaller than most “spec” houses, this residence has an apartment style flavour and feels larger than it really is.
St Heliers Bay House
This project is a major renovation of an existing house on a steep, difficult site in St. Heliers Bay and will be completed early 2016. In fact, little now remains of the original cottage! Intended to be a multi-generational home, the renovation extends over three floor levels and exploits the site elevation to capture views of the harbour and the CBD beyond.
